4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
8 pork chops (I prefer boneless)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth
4 tablespoons packed brown sugar
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARING:
Place thawed pork pork chops in crockpot.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Great over rice with a side of green beans.
